“The initial inspection of the preserved fragments revealed a lot of through and undeveloped injuries of different sizes and shapes in the tail of the fuselage, keel and stabilizer, heights and directions. Similar damage was found on the left engine and left wing of the aircraft, as well as on units and components of the aircraft .
“To determine the nature and origin of through damage caused by foreign objects, appropriate studies and examinations will be carried out,” the report said.
Recall: on December 25, 2024, the Azerbaijani Embraer aircraft, heading from Baku, fell under the shelling of air defense systems while trying to land in Grozny. The pilots managed to reach the driven car to Aktau, but when approaching the airport, the plane crashed. 38 people died.
