Rutte’s visit was an indicator of solidarity with Kiev after the Russian rocket attack on the northern city of Sumi on Sunday, which killed 35 people and wounded more than 100.
“The Ukrainian people have suffered so much, including the Russian attack on the Flower Day on Suma. NATO support is unwavering,” Rutte posted on the social network & Zcaron;

The visit took place while the United State of NATO, the dominant power of NATO, seek to mediate in the ceasefire between & dstrok; in Russia and Ukraine, and after America’s President Donald Trump again criticized the Ukrainian president.
Volodimir Zelensky said that with Rutte visited the hospital in which the wounded Ukrainian soldiers recovered.
