The Iranian opposition claims to be discovered by the object on which work is underway on a nuclear bomb

On Thursday, May 8, the Fox News television channel announced satellite photographs received from the Iranian Resistance National Movement (NCRI), which claims that they have a previously unknown Iran military facility, which was working on the creation of a nuclear warhead.

The object is located in the north of Iran, in the province of Semann, far from the already known nuclear facilities, and occupies an area of about 10 square kilometers (2500 acres). An object called the country’s authorities “Rainbow Site” (Rainbow Site) is valid for more than ten years, disguised as a chemical company Diba Energy Siba.

NCRI, referring to the information obtained from the sources inside Iran, claims that work is underway at the facility to obtain a tritium – a radioactive isotope used to create weapons to increase energy output in nuclear synthesis reactions. Unlike enriched uranium, tritius has practically no peaceful or commercial use.

At the same time, Intelli Times, which is considered an unspoken Rupor Aman, writes that the object indicated by the opposition is part of the Iran’s space base.

In early February, the Iran National Council of Resistance, based in Paris, published a report that stated that the secret agency in the Iranian Ministry of Defense, engaged in space developments, intensified work on the creation of nuclear warheads at objects in Shahruda and Semnaan. We are talking about the so -called “organization of defense innovations and research of Iran,” one of the divisions of the Ministry of Defense of the Islamic Republic.

In particular, the report stated that the QAEM-100 launch vehicle, which Iranians used on September 14, 2024 to launch the Chamran-1 research satellite, can carry a nuclear warhead. Tegeran was officially stated that the launch of a satellite weighing 60 kg was experimental in order to test hardware and software systems intended for orbital maneuvering.

The report was also mentioned in Semnan, where Simorgh missiles operating on a liquid engine are tested and capable of taking heavy satellites into near -Earth orbit. NCRI pay attention to the fact that these missiles can be adapted for delivery of nuclear charges.

Iran’s authorities repeatedly argued that nuclear and space developments for military purposes in the Islamic Republic are not conducted.
