Trump ordered the US Department of Justice to check the likelihood of Epstein’s contacts with Clinton

US President Donald Trump said he has ordered the US Department of Justice to investigate the likelihood of contacts between American financier Jeffrey Epstein, who was accused of human trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation, and the 42nd US President Bill Clinton.

Trump will also ask to check Epstein’s connections with former US Treasury Secretary Larry Summers, businessman and one of the founders of LinkedIn Reid Hoffman, as well as with one of the largest banks JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Trump said he would give such an order to Attorney General Pam Bondi, the Department of Justice and the FBI because “the Democrats are using the Epstein hoax.”
