Nekkerhal is the setting for Living for the second time this year: “Bider range of exhibitors due to new date”

Anyone interested in building, renovating and furnishing could already attend the Living in the Nekkerhal fair in Mechelen at the beginning of this year. However, this year, exceptionally, two editions of the fair will take place. The organizers chose a new date at the end of November. This way there is less conflict with the Bouw&reno fair in Antwerp, which was organized just before Wonen and as a result of which exhibitors were often only present at one of the two fairs.

The new date should provide a broader range of exhibitors. There will be a total of 130 exhibitors offering a range of products and services. “From roof insulation and cladding to bathrooms, kitchens and interior design. Visitors will find everything on Wonen to make their house or apartment more comfortable, energy efficient and more beautiful,” says Farida Mertens, organizer of Wonen.

Logical links

“Living and Bouw&reno, which takes place at the end of January, now form two more logical links within the same construction and renovation story,” says Mertens. “Visitors who are looking for solutions for the more technical or structural aspects of their home during Living, for example, can contact Bouw&reno early next year and for the next phase of their project if they want to put together their interior, kitchen or bathroom.”

The first autumn edition of Wonen will take place from 22 to 24 and from 28 to 30 November. For the full program and all information, please visit the website.
