Israel evacuated Syrians and Lebanese from Kharkiv

The Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed the information that the bus that evacuated a group of Israeli citizens from Ukraine also took out several Syrians, Lebanese and Egyptians, including those who came to Ukraine as refugees.

According to The Jerusalem Post newspaper, on February 27, a convoy organized by the Foreign Ministry arrived at the border with Moldova, bringing from Kharkov a group of 100 Israeli Arab students who were studying at local universities. The journey lasted 24 hours.

The Israelis asked to evacuate their school friends, including those from countries that are at war with Israel. Such permission was granted. The RAAM party also participated in the organization of the export.
