An Iranian foreign minister spokesman today (Sunday) denied the involvement of the Islamic Republic in an Israeli-owned ship attack near the Gulf of Oman. In the incident, which took place on Friday, two civilians from Romania and Britain were killed and over the weekend Israel exerted pressure on international elements to sharply condemn Iran.
