Prelevic: Report against Bogdanovic indicates that MUP is biased in the case of the murder of Oliver Ivanovic
Lawyer Bozo Prelevic said today that the decision of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MUP) to file a criminal complaint against Boban Bogdanovic for “failure to report a crime” is biased and that it is part of the government’s marketing campaign.Prelevic told the Beta agency that Bogdanovic told KRIK a lot of information about the murder of Oliver Ivanovic, which the police and the prosecution would have to check in detail.

“When the police say that they will not check Bogdanović’s allegations, it means that they either know who killed Ivanović or are afraid of where the investigation is leading,” the lawyer said.

He emphasized that since the murder of Oliver Ivanović until today, the Serbian police and the prosecution have not done anything to reveal the perpetrators, organizers and perpetrators of the crimes.

“I attribute the speed of the MUP’s reaction to filing criminal charges against the person who gave many details about Ivanovic’s murder exclusively to the elections to be held on April 3. This is not really a decision of the MUP but of someone from the ministry who felt politically endangered due to Bogdanović’s statements “, Prelević pointed out.

According to him, criminal charges cannot be filed against a person who reports a crime and who is known not to have committed a crime.

“It is a matter of elementary ignorance of the law by the Ministry of the Interior. This was certainly not done by a lawyer or an experienced police officer,” Prelevic said.

He emphasized that the Ministry of the Interior had to check all the allegations that Bogdanović made to KRIK about the murder of Oliver Ivanović.

“It would be essential for the Ministry of the Interior to check whether Ljubomir Lainovic, who was said to be the perpetrator of the murder, was in North Mitrovica on the critical day. This can be determined by reviewing security camera footage,” Prelevic said.

He added that the prosecution, which heard about the existence of a criminal offense through KRIK, was authorized to start the procedure by questioning Bogdanović and giving an order to the police to check the evidence.

“The truth of Boban Bogdanovic’s allegations is being verified and established by crossing evidence. Veljko Belivuk is in prison, so I can cross evidence with him, since he offered the court cooperation when it comes to the murder of Oliver Ivanovic,” Prelevic said.

The Minister of Internal Affairs of Serbia, Aleksandar Vulin, stated today that Bojan Bogdanović refused to be tested on a polygraph and thus confirmed what he publicly stated as his knowledge of the murder of Oliver Ivanović, just as in the Organized Crime Service “he did not state one single piece of evidence “.

“That is why the Ministry of Internal Affairs, using the possibility in accordance with the law, submits a criminal report for not reporting the crime and the perpetrator, which we will submit to the prosecutor, we are waiting for his quick reaction,” Vulin said at an extraordinary press conference.

Boban Bogdanovic, who has been involved in sports for years and is a friend of the murdered criminal Aleksandar Gligorijevic Puki, a member of the Veljko Belivuk clan, told KRIK that Oliver Ivanovic was killed by Ljubomir Lainovic from Novi Sad. the logistics were prepared by Milan Radojicic.

Bogdanović revealed for KRIK that his friend left him the truth about the murder of the politician from the north of Kosovo, Oliver Ivanović.

On March 7, 2020, Gligorijevic revealed to him, as he said, that Oliver Ivanovic was killed by Ljubomir Lainovic, “the son of the once fierce Novi Sad guy Branislav Lainovic Dugi”.

“He committed that murder. The man who organized his arrival in Kosovo, who prepared the logistics of Oliver Ivanovic’s murder, is Milan Radoicic. The man who ordered Oliver’s murder is Zvonko Veselinovic. That is what Aleksandar Gligorijevic Puke told me,” he said. is Bogdanović.

Gligorijevic, as he said, revealed to him that his task was to give 50,000 euros that he received from Belivuk to Lainovic for the job he did.

“When he paid him that money, they were in Novi Sad, in a club,” he said. Alexander said: ‘I have no idea, it was mine to hand you the money, and I don’t know why I gave it to you.’ And then Lainović told him that because he finished a good job in Kosovska Mitrovica, and because he was the one who ‘drilled’ Oliver Ivanović. He literally used those words, “Bogdanović told KRIK.

As he stated, the money for the murder was given by Zvonko Veselinović, through Belivuk, to Aleksandar Gligorijević, who handed over the money to Ljubomir Lainović.

“And then Ljubomir told him that when Aca asked him, ‘So wait, why you, why?’ He just said: “Well, you know, Oliver got into Zvonko’s ribs and those are unresolved bills, and that’s why it had to end that way,” Bogdanovic said.

Aleksandar Gligorijevic Puki was killed in 2020 at the hands of his former associates – he was killed by Belivuk and members of the clan in a house in Ritopek, and his body was butchered and the word “betrayal” was engraved on his back because they discovered that he turned against them, KRIK stated. .
