The Russian Federation will demand from the UK to act as chairman of the UN Security Council and convene a meeting on the situation in Bucha, Lavrov said.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov also made a statement that Russia rejects accusations coming from the West, adding that the documents from Boche are fake: “From what we saw, the videos cannot be trusted – Russian Defense Ministry experts have identified signs of forgery. “Because the sequence of events that the Ukrainians describe is unreliable.” Peskov declined to comment on whether the issue will affect the peace talks between Moscow and Kiev, which are due to resume today.
And on the net there are also Russian videos that explain how the videos were forged: in one case for example, it was alleged that one of the Ukrainian victims moves his hand, even though he is not among the living. However, another video claims that the lens is dirty, and the photo causes an optical illusion. The Russians are also pointing the finger of blame at another video, which shows the rear view of the vehicle in which the photographers are traveling. According to the Russians, the rearview mirror reveals that the person was “resurrected” after the camera finished photographing him, but even here the Ukrainians say that it is a convex mirror that may create a false impression.

At the same time, the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense published the details of Russian soldiers and officers stationed in the occupation of Bocha and Irpin during the month of the war. This, in order to increase the pressure on Russia – and to show that behind the atrocities are apparently faces and names. The list published by the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense:
One of the main allegations of the Russians concerns the timeline of the events: According to them, the Russian army began to withdraw from Bucharest as early as March 30, a day after the round of talks between Russia and Ukraine that took place in Istanbul. A statement from the Russian Defense Ministry said: “On March 31, the mayor of Bocha released a video confirming that there were no more Russian soldiers in the city, and did not mention a single local resident who was shot in the street.” “It is not surprising that the ‘evidence of crimes’ in Bocha appeared only when Ukrainian army officers and representatives from Ukrainian television arrived in the city.”
The BBC examined these allegations and came back with suspicious conclusions. For example, it says that the mayor only released the video on the evening of April 1, and that earlier that day, Russia’s military television channel “Zevzda” quoted one of the Russian commanders in the field who reported on Russian military activity in Bocha.

Russia further claims that the horrific images from Bocha were “commissioned” by the United States as part of a global conspiracy. “Who are the masters of provocation? Of course the United States and NATO,” said Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova. “The fact that the shocking reactions from the West came out in the first minutes, immediately after the pictures were published, leaves no doubt who ‘ordered’ this story to blacken Russia’s reputation.”
The world is already calling for an in-depth investigation of the matter. UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has called for a commission of inquiry, along with EU Foreign Minister Joseph Burrell, French President Emmanuel Macron and British Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
Russia, on the other hand, has decided to open a cross-examination of what they call a Ukrainian “provocation.” Alexander Bastrikin, who will head the Russian commission of inquiry, opened an investigation on suspicion that Ukraine had disseminated “intentionally false information” about the activities of Russian forces in Bocha.
Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zalansky visited Bocha. According to the Russian edition of the BBC, the Ukrainian president examined the roads and the destroyed equipment, as well as talked to local residents. He stated that Russia had committed war crimes and genocide in Ukraine. Asked by a BBC correspondent about the negotiations, Zalansky replied that Ukraine must reach peace: “We are in 21st century Europe, and we are continuing our diplomatic and military efforts.”

Mayor Bocha: “We will never forgive the Russians for the atrocities”
Anatoly Fedorok, the mayor of Bocha, told CNN that he remained in the city during the Russian occupation and witnessed the atrocities that followed. “We have all witnessed the horrific events and crimes that the Russians committed here. We will never forgive the Russian people for the atrocities that happened here,” said Fedorok, noting that the elderly and children were also among the victims.
“It was impossible not to see that they were children, not to see that it was a mother carrying a child. These cynical atrocities preoccupied the Russian soldiers, that is what preoccupies Russia. And we will never forgive them, on this earth or in heaven,” he added.
Officials in Ukraine said a total of 410 civilians had been killed in towns in the Kyiv region, such as Bocha, who had been recaptured by Russian forces in recent days. “They shot everyone they saw,” a Bocha resident told the New York Times.
Health Minister visits Ukraine: “Massacres and war crimes committed here”
Health Minister Nitzan Horowitz visited the Kochav Meir Hospital established by Israel in western Ukraine, and met with, among others, his Ukrainian counterpart and chairman of the local parliament’s health committee. “Israel is cruel, in the face of the massacres and war crimes that are taking place these days across the country,” Horowitz said. “Israel stands by the Ukrainian people, and we will continue to offer help as part of our moral duty, and as part of our democratic family.”
Minister Horowitz added: “I am here to strengthen our delegation, which is doing a holy work in saving lives and helping war refugees. Already more than 2,000 people women and children have been treated at our field hospital here. Israel is the only country that has established such a facility within Ukraine. Of the Israeli health system. ”
