Boris Johnson made a video speech in the Verkhovna Rada

“In the midst of this uncertainty, the continuing fear of the future, I have a message for you today: Ukraine will win, Ukraine will be free,” British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said in a speech to the Ukrainian parliament today.

He promised to provide 300 million pounds of military aid to Ukraine.

Johnson praised Ukraine’s struggle against Russian aggression. “The so-called irresistible force of Putin’s military machine has been broken in the face of Ukraine’s patriotism and love for the Motherland.”

He praised the courage of the members of the Ukrainian parliament to continue their activities despite the barbaric attack on their freedoms.

Johnson said that Vladimir Putin’s soldiers have no excuse for not knowing that they do not know what they are doing in Ukraine. “They are committing war crimes, their atrocities are appearing everywhere they are forced to leave,” he said.

The British Prime Minister was the first world leader to make a speech before the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
