Joe Biden responded to the storm of a draft Supreme Court decision on abortion

President of the United States, Joe Biden, Responded today (Tuesday) to the publication of the alleged draft of the majority decision in the Supreme Court that is expected to overturn the ruling ‘Ro v. Wade’ on abortion. “I believe a woman’s right to choose is fundamental,” the Catholic president clarified. “Row has been the dominant law for almost 50 years and the basic fairness and stability of the law require that it not be repealed.”

Biden also marks the issue of abortions as a major issue in the mid-November elections, if indeed the ruling is overturned. “Voters will have to choose representatives who support the right to abortion (pro choice),” he said. “At the federal level, we will need more senators who support the right to abortion and a majority in the House of Representatives to adopt legislation that will put Roe in the rulebook.”

As stated, Supreme Court justices have overturned the 1973 precedent-setting ruling, “Row v. Wade,” which states that any law prohibiting abortion – contradicts the U.S. Constitution, according to a preliminary draft of the majority opinion, which was unveiled today on the Politico website. Signed by Judge Samuel Alito.
