Towards Victory Day: Are the Russians planning to send a threatening message?

President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, Is expected to present tomorrow, during the military parade to mark the 77th Victory Day in Moscow, the ‘Doomsday Plane’, the British Daily Express reported tonight (Sunday).
