With an investment of 650,000 USD to 10 million USD and $ 35,000 food each year, visitors can stay on a 5 -star train to travel around the world for a lifetime.
“Luxury houses on the sea” are the latest project of Crescent Seas, US -based, on the journey around the world. The shipping company was founded by Rusell Galbut, former president of the world famous shipping company Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings.
The company’s first high -end ship called Navigator set sail in 2026, including 210 “private houses”, were the cabin. These rooms will be sold to wealthy travelers, priced from $ 650,000 to $ 10 million. Visitors have the right to stay permanently on these floating houses.

On the first trip around the world in December 2026, visitors will stop at seaports that are famous tourist destinations such as Seychelles, Singapore, Iceland and Barcelona. Each place will stop 4 days for guests to have enough time to explore and learn the local culture.
Crescent Seas is expected to have 5 ships providing this lifetime home service to visitors. In addition to a ship departing next year, the company also has two other ships expected to launch in 2027 and 2032. Two more ships are expected to be completed in 2028 and 2029.
On the train, Crescent Seas promises to provide visitors to all the “super luxurious” comforting facilities, from the restaurant inspired by Michelin to the Health Care Center, Public Space, Cooking Classes, Services of 6 -star Class with White Gloves butler.
In addition to the amount of money to buy a cabin, the residents of the ship will have to spend nearly $ 35,000 on the ship to pay for food.
The Crescent Seas president said that travelers who spend money to buy a house on the ship seemed to be a trip around the world without never leaving their cozy home.
Crescent Seas is not the first company to provide floating houses for super -rich. The World, a ship that has been like a floating apartment, has been around the world since 2002, followed by Ville Vie’s Odyssey ship. These ships offer permanent travel around the world, providing long -term accommodation packages with a starting price of nearly 2.3 million USD per unit.
