$260 million printed circuit board project in Bac Ninh may need 2,300 workers

The project has just been granted an investment certificate by Victory Giant Technology Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) under China’s Victory Giant Technology Group – a unit specializing in research, development, production and trading of high-precision printed circuit boards.

The project is expected to be tested in July-September 2026 and put into operation from October 2026. When operational, the project will need 2,300 workers, including staff and experts.

Victory Giant Technology will prioritize local workers, trained in accordance with the project’s industry, workers graduated from colleges, technical universities, economics, technical workers. For employees and workers who do not require high technical qualifications, the project will recruit unskilled workers for short-term vocational training.

According to a recent report on the project, the investor is preparing for construction from the first quarter of 2025 to the first quarter of 2026. The installation of machinery and equipment and implementation of environmental procedures will take place from April to July 2026. During the construction process, about 200 workers are expected. About 50% of the construction workers are hired locally and do not stay at the construction site but go home to live. The rest come from other places and are provided with accommodation in the form of renting houses in residential areas.

This project is located in VSIP Bac Ninh II Industrial Park, with a land use area of ​​103,626 m². The two parties have signed a land lease agreement.

In the first half of this year, the total labor force working in local enterprises was about 423,203 people, of which Bac Ninh industrial parks employed 70% of this number.

Producing modern technology products in electronics and information and communication, the project is “completely consistent with the overall planning of Bac Ninh province”, according to the report.
