Admicom’s founder confirms to Keskisuomalai: He sold all his shares in the company

A software company Admicomin founder Matti Häll confirms to Keskifinominithat he has sold all his Admicom shares.

Admicom’s shares were traded on Tuesday in the preliminary trading of the Helsinki Stock Exchange for just over 50 million euros at a price of 50.00 euros per share, and the number of shares sold, 1,006,400, corresponded to Hälli’s ownership in Admicom, which was announced at the end of September.

According to Admicom’s investor pages, the share pot sold by Hälli was 20.17 percent of Admicom’s stock. He has clearly been the largest individual owner of the company. Häll has also reduced his holdings in Admicom in recent years, as he owned around 30 percent of the company’s shares until a few years ago.

“I’m trying to fade away little by little. I’m going to spend my retirement days,” 76-year-old Häll commented to Keskifinomini from Spain.

Matti Häll served as CEO of Admicom, which he founded in Jyväskylä, until 2016 and as chairman of the board until spring 2021. The company was listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange’s growth company list in January 2018.

Tuesday’s large share sale caused Admicom’s price to rise significantly. The share closed with a daily gain of 5.8 percent and a price of 52.70 euros. This year, the stock has closed at a higher price only once in July.
