Nearly 40 Palestinians die in a new raid by the Israeli Army in Khan Younis, southern Gaza

Hours earlier, two bombings carried out by the Israeli Army against a school and an orphanage that housed displaced people in Gaza City, north of the Palestinian enclave, caused at least 25 deaths and dozens of injuries.

The Israeli offensive was launched after the aforementioned attacks on October 7, 2023, which left some 1,200 dead and nearly 250 kidnapped, according to Israeli authorities.
