Supreme Leader of the Atoll Islamic Revolution Ali Khamenei warned Hassan Nasrallah to leave Lebanon immediately shortly before the Hezbollah leader was killed by the IDF. Reuters wrote about this, citing three informed sources in Iran.
According to Reuters, immediately after a wave of explosions of pagers belonging to Hezbollah militants, Ali Khamenei sent a note to Nasrallah by courier, in which he reported that, according to Iranian intelligence, Israel had infiltrated its agents into the ranks of Hezbollah to kill him, and asked addressee to urgently come to Iran.
One of the agency’s interlocutors, who holds a senior position in Iran, served as a courier, Brigadier General of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Abbas Nilforoushan. He was with Nasrallah in the bunker when he was hit.
Reuters writes that at the moment Ali Khamenei fears that Israel could also infiltrate its agents into government circles in Tehran. On Saturday, September 28, Ayatollah Khamenei was transferred to a “safe place.”
