The CP community head of Tegh village was arrested and then released

Davit Ghulunts, community leader of Tegh village, Syunik marz, member of the “Civil Agreement” ruling party, was arrested today. The police confirmed this information in a conversation with “Azatutya”.

The police reported that Ghulunts was arrested for committing an act stipulated by Article 182 of the Code of Administrative Offenses: “Failure to fulfill the legal requirement of a member of the police forces or a police officer”, they did not provide any other details.

Later, the head of Teghi community was released.

A fine in the amount of 50 times the minimum salary is established for the act provided for in the mentioned article of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
