“Good agreement between AIE and National Library of the Republic of Moldova”

“I had the opportunity to personally thank the president of the AIE Cipolletta at the Buchmesse in Frankfurt for the agreement stipulated with the National Library of the Republic of Moldova – promoted by the Culture Commission of the Chamber – which provides for the donation of three hundred volumes of fiction for children in part of the Week of the Italian Language in the World”. Thus the President of the Culture Commission of the Chamber Federico Mollicone from Frankfurt for the week of the Italian language in the world.

“We have always – added Mollicone – thought that cultural diplomacy is a fundamental tool for rediscovering common roots and new alliances. In this sense we have also promoted an agreement between the respective national libraries for an exchange of volumes. Moldova is playing a role central on the geopolitical chessboard and, together with Romania, is a sentinel – vital for Europe – on the eastern front of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict”, concluded Mollicone.
