Russian Nuclear Energy Corporation is ready to support Vietnam in human resource training

The Prime Minister affirmed that Vietnam values ​​comprehensive cooperation with Russia. He also appreciated Russia’s support in designing and operating the Da Lat nuclear reactor and developing the Vietnam-Russia tropical center. The Prime Minister also discussed with Rosatom leaders about the potential and ability to apply atomic energy for peaceful purposes.

And Mr. Alexey Likhachev said that with long-term cooperation experience, Rosatom wishes to continue promoting cooperation with Vietnam. This group is ready to share experience and support staff training for Vietnam.

The Prime Minister also agreed with Rosatom Group on continuing to support Vietnam in technology and training of high-quality human resources, including experts, engineers and skilled workers in this field.

Rosatom is Russia’s national nuclear energy corporation. This business has more than 70 years of experience.

The above proposal was made in the context that the Government is amending the Electricity Law, which mentions the development of nuclear power. After that, the Prime Minister also received the General Director of the Russian Petroleum Corporation Zarubezhneft. The group’s leader said that after meeting the Prime Minister in Hanoi in April, some problems and difficulties in cooperation between the two sides were resolved.
