Mattarella, "Italy is growing again, rating agencies note it"

“Italy has started to grow again”. The President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella said this at the ceremony for the awarding of the honors of Knight of Labor at the Quirinale. “If we consider the last five years, the national GDP has increased in percentage terms more than the French and German ones. Employment is growing, and so are permanent employment contracts. Italian exports continue to record positive data, supporting the national product Further merit goes to those companies that have been able to face the risks and opportunities of globalization”, continued the Head of State.

“The Bank of Italy data certifies a leap for our country: the net foreign position, in June of this year, was in credit for around 225 billion euros. An enormous dimension: 10.5% of the GDP. It is unreasonable not to noted by the rating agencies in evaluating the prospects and reliability of the Italian economy. This is our financial position. “A sign of strength”, the governor of Bank of Italy defined it in his latest report. And the credit goes to the companies, to the captains of the company, of their collaborators, together with the workers and workers who work there”, concluded Mattarella.
