Rosaviatsia extended restrictions on flights to Israel, Iran and Iraq

The press service of the Federal Air Transport Agency announced the extension until November 24 of restrictions on flights to Israel, Iran and Iraq, introduced after the Iranian attempt at a massive missile attack on Israel.

“Rosaviatsiya has extended until November 24 the NOTAM, which recommends that Russian airlines operate flights to/via Israel, Iraq and Iran exclusively from 9:00 to 19:00 Moscow time,” the statement says.

Let us recall that on October 1, the day before, due to the closure of the airspace by Iran, Iraq, Jordan and Israel, the Federal Air Transport Agency recommended that Russian companies refrain from flying to these states. On October 3, the recommendation was relaxed.
