In the fairytale-like Liesjärvi National Park, you can stay in the primeval forest and marvel at the life of a traditional farm

In Liesjärvi National Park in Kanta-Hämee, you can walk in the primeval forest, see a rare nesting nester and take a peek into everyday life in the 1910s at the Korteniemi traditional farm.

One of Liesjärvi’s most popular routes is Kyynäränharju, along which you can admire the lake scenery on both sides of the narrow isthmus.

The green ones mossy fields and the sun filtering through the trees create a fairy-tale atmosphere in the forest. Moss humps call nature armchairs, but in the national park it is best to stay on the path to leave as few traces as possible on nature.
