Fortnite takes on K-pop, collaboration with NewJeans in January

A new Fortnite leak suggests a collaboration between the famous battle royale and NewJeans, the most successful South Korean girl group of the moment. According to the reliable leaker Jorge_Most_, supported by other industry experts such as HYPEX and ShiinaBR, the event should debut on January 14, 2025, in perfect synchrony with the conclusion of Season 6 of the Fortnite Festival. If the rumors were confirmed, NewJeans would be the undisputed protagonists of Season 7 of the Festival, bringing a breath of K-pop to the virtual world of Fortnite. The leak anticipates the presence of skins dedicated to all five members of the group (Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin and Hyein), accompanied by emotes and exclusive music tracks, probably available both in the Item Shop and in the Music Pass.
