Low battery, problems during video calls and loss of GPS signal: what Italians fear

A new survey conducted by Honor on a sample of 1000 Italians has revealed the impact that technological malfunctions have on users’ daily lives: 45% of those interviewed fear that these could put important life events at risk, while 72% maintain that at least once in their life, especially in the workplace, they have had to deal with a “tech failure”. .

36% of those interviewed see the battery as one of the main risks, so much so that according to 82% of people it is one of the fundamental characteristics that influence the purchase of a device. The most common technological errors include accidentally calling someone (26%), forgetting the charger when leaving (23%) and breaking the phone screen (19%).

Video calls appear to be another major source of stress, at 48% of respondents revealed that he is anxious when he turns off the microphone or camera during an important call. Half of them even admitted to saying or doing something embarrassing during an important video call when he thought he couldn’t be seen or heard.
