The frequency of urination in normal people fluctuates 4-6 times within 24 hours. Frequent urination is urinating more than 10 times during the day and more than three times at night.

There are many reasons why you urinate a lot such as prostate problems in men, bladder stones, bladder cancer…; Women with cystitis or overactive bladder syndrome. In case of urinary tract infection, diabetes is also at risk. Drinking too much water than your body needs or drinks containing alcohol such as beer or wine, or using some diuretics makes you go to the bathroom more.

To determine whether you have kidney failure or not, you should go to the hospital, do blood tests, complete urine analysis and ultrasound of the urinary system to screen for the cause.

However, everyone needs to practice a healthy lifestyle, eat a balanced diet, drink enough water, avoid salty foods, limit fast food and alcohol abuse, and say no to tobacco. Exercise daily depending on individual health status.

Avoid using drugs indiscriminately, especially over-the-counter drugs and herbal drugs of unknown origin. Do not use stimulants (coffee, tea, alcohol, cigarettes) in the evening, causing nervous tension and insomnia.

When the body shows signs such as fatigue, paleness, poor appetite, nausea and vomiting, urinary disorders… you need to get checked early.
