More and more cities and municipalities are handing out Christmas bonuses to pensioners. In some cities, up to 110 euros

With Christmas approaching, more and more cities and municipalities are announcing that they will pay their pensioners Christmas gifts, which, depending on the amount of the pension, will amount to between 30 and 110 euros.

In Velika Gorica, pensioners with a pension of up to 430 euros (counting both domestic and foreign) and beneficiaries of the national benefit for the elderly residing in the Gorica area have the right to Christmas.

The City will pay the highest Christmas bonus, 110 euros each, to beneficiaries of the national benefit and pensioners with a pension of up to 230 euros.

Half as much, that is. 55 euros will be given to pensioners whose pensions are from 230.01 to 350 euros, and 40 euros to those with pensions from 350.01 to 430 euros.

Christmas cards will be paid from November 25 to December 20 at Fine branches.

The City of Cres has a similar payment model for its pensioners.

One hundred euros of Christmas will be paid to pensioners with a pension of up to 200 euros, 75 euros to those whose pension is from 200.01 to 300 euros, 55 euros to pensioners with a pension from 300.01 to 450 euros, and 35 euros benefit to pensioners with a pension of more than 450.01 euros.

Čazma gives 30 euros to all pensioners with a pension of up to 270 euros

A modest 30 euros for Christmas will be paid to pensioners with a pension of less than 270 euros.

Last year, 168 Azman pensioners received Christmas gifts, for which slightly more than 5,000 euros were allocated from the city budget.

Već previous Christmas amounts were published by Rijeka, Mursko Središi, Zaprešić and Samobor.

Rijeka has provided Christmas gifts in the amount of 100 euros for pensioners with the lowest pensions, long-term unemployed people over 50 years old and people without personal income over 65 years old.

In Murski Sredić, the right to Christmas is exercised by all pensioners whose sum of pensions (income) is less than 600 euros. Pensioners with a pension of up to EUR 325 will receive a voucher of EUR 60, those with a pension of EUR 326 to EUR 450 will receive a EUR 40 voucher, and pensioners with a pension of EUR 451 to EUR 600 will receive a EUR 30 voucher.

Samobor provided Christmas gifts from 45 to 85 euros for its pensioners, disabled people, unemployed and unemployed Croatian veterans from the Homeland War, as well as beneficiaries of national benefits and pensions and other incomes not exceeding 400 euros.

This year, the threshold for the payment of Christmas gifts was raised from last year’s 320 euros to 400 euros, which means that a greater number of Samoboracians will receive it.

The Christmas bonus for early retirees is 40 euros, regardless of the amount of the pension, it will be paid in all Fina Branches, from Monday, November 11.
