Ferrari, Leclerc on track with his brother in Abu Dhabi: what happens with Sainz

The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix promises to be special for Charles Leclerc. The Monegasque driver plays the constructors’ championship with Ferrari21 points away from leaders McLaren. The Red team hopes to regain the title 16 years after the last time, and to do so it relies on Carlos Sainz, in his last race with the little horse before moving to Williams, and on Leclerc, who is also aiming for second place in the Drivers’ World Championship with Lando Norris, just 8 points away.

In addition to the Constructors’ title, however, Leclerc will celebrate another milestone in Abu Dhabi. Charles will share the track with the brother Arthur pilot born in 2000, who will replace Sainz in the first free practice session. It’s about the first time in history that two brothers find themselves on the track at the same time and with the same team.
