Silvia Brady becomes the new financial director at Telenet

Telenet’s previous financial director, Erik Van den Enden, left Telenet at the end of August after six years in this post. He came over from beer giant AB InBev in 2018.

Telenet announced other appointments on Tuesday, in the wake of the announced departure of Ann Caluwaerts as Chief Corporate Development. Kirsten Florentie, current director of ‘People and Workplace’, will become ‘Chief People & Corporate Communications Officer’ from 1 January and Piet Porteman, currently director of ‘Strategy and Portfolio’, will become the new ‘Chief Strategy Officer’. Both will report directly to CEO John Porter.

“These appointments are intended to strengthen Telenet’s capacity to respond more effectively and with greater agility to growth opportunities and strategic challenges that the company faces,” the press release said.

Caluwaerts will leave Telenet permanently on January 24.
