Eläketurvakeskus: Every tenth pensioner works

Which the tenth pensioner works in Finland, says the Swedish Pensions Agency. At the end of 2023, more than 150,000 pensioners were working in Finland, according to the Pension Security Agency.

According to the Swedish Pensions Agency, working alongside a pension has been steadily increasing for a long time. Part of the change is explained by the increase in the number of partial disability pensions, while part is explained by the increase in working alongside the old-age pension.
