STOCK EXCHANGE: Helsinki fell gently – Nordea urged analysts to update their forecasts

The general index describing the price development of Helsinki Stock Exchange shares ended on Friday at 9325.9 points, i.e. 0.1 percent lower than yesterday’s closing reading.

Fish farmer Fifax said that he had signed a million euro short-term financing agreement with Ostrobothnia Arvo Sijoitusosuuskunna. Its purpose is to finance fish farming related to customer deliveries.

According to Fifax, the financing will be repaid with part of the payments received from customers for the deliveries in question. At the latest, the financing should be paid by January 31, 2025.

Construction company SRV:n the share was falling earlier, but the share ended with a 3.0 percent increase to 4.89 euros.

The company announced today that it had bought S-Bank From the Asunto fund to the housing stock company. The purchase price was not disclosed.

In addition, the company said it had signed Exilionin with the contract for the implementation of the renovation works of the property located in Helsinki. The total value of the contract was said to be seven million euros and it will be recorded in the December order book.
