Melons at Mar-a-Lago. Trump: "It took Europe by storm"

A dinner, a documentary but not dessert. And yet Giorgia Meloni leaves from Palm Beach, when it is 5.06 in Italy with compliments from the future president of the United States. The dinner at the Mar-a-Lago residence in Florida was a success. Donald Trump welcomed the Italian prime minister with the future US Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, the future Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, the future US ambassador to Italy Tilman Fertitta and the Italian ambassador to the US, Mariangela Zappia.

‘Eastman Dilemma’ focuses on the efforts of John Eastman, an American lawyer and academic, who attempted to keep Trump in office and hinder the certification of Joe Biden’s victory. Eastman was criminally charged and lost his ability to practice law in the courts of the State of California. The lawyer was also charged as a co-conspirator in the federal indictment filed against Trump for his attempts to subvert the 2020 election results and prevent the certification of Biden’s election.

 

At the end of the evening, Donald Trump’s comments defined the Italian guest as “an excellent ally, a strong leader, a fantastic woman”.
