Napoli prepares to embrace the first shot of his transfer market of January. Luis Hasa is arriving from Lecce an attacking midfielder who the Salento club had taken from Juventus in the summer, but who did not find space in the Giallorossi. The player, 21 years old and already playing for Italy’s minor national teams, will undergo medical examinations in the next few hours and then sign the contract with Napoli, which will pay approximately 500 thousand euros for his price tag. Who is Luis Hasa
Luis Hasa is considered by many to be one of the most crystalline talents in Italian football. Born in Sora, in the province of Frosinone, to Albanian parents, he was among the great protagonists of the triumph at 2023 Under 19 World Cupwhen in the final he also provided an assist for Kayode’s goal. His performances earned him a call up to the Under 21s and the attention of several Serie A clubs, with the Lecce who managed to snatch it from the competition last summer for one million euros and the Juventus which retained 30% on future resale (and will now collect around 125 thousand euros).
Hasa grew up right in the Juventus youth academy. Luis went through the whole process in the youth teams playing all roles in the attacking midfield and midfieldfrom the outside up to the attacking midfielder. His first team debut came in August 2023, during afriendly pre-season against Atalanta. On that occasion he took Locatelli’s place and finished as midfielder. The one in Serie A, however, never arrived. Hasa was employed by Juventus nell’Under 23a team that plays in Serie C, where last season he made 32 appearances with two goals and six assists.
Different physical problems they influenced his experience at Lecce, with his debut in the Giallorossi which only came in the Italian Cup, in the final 10 minutes of the match lost against Sassuolo. Now a new adventure at Napoli, with Antonio Conte who will evaluate him in training before deciding whether to keep him in the squad or send him to loan to play.
