Trial of Stéphane Plaza for domestic violence: where is the host with M6?

This Thursday morning, Stéphane Plaza is expected before the 10th chamber of the Paris Criminal Court. And this trial for domestic violence will be followed very closely in the corridors of M6, of which the 54-year-old host has been one of the pillars for almost twenty years. “We are especially waiting for the judgment which could come in several weeks,” tempers an executive from the chain based in Neuilly-sur-Seine (Hauts-de-Seine).

“The management of M6 supports its presumption of innocence and these are not just words,” appreciates a close friend of the most famous “apartment hunter”. A position unchanged since the publication by Mediapart, in September 2023, of the testimonies of three of his ex-partners who recount the verbal and physical violence of which they were victims. One of them accuses the fifty-year-old of having broken her ring finger and dislocated the middle and index fingers of her left hand during an argument, in April 2022, and filed a complaint.
