Tuija Kalpala joining the board of L&T

Lassila & Tikanojan the shareholders’ nomination committee proposes that the board should have eight members in the future.

The nomination committee proposes that the current members be re-elected to the board Teemu Kangas-Kärki, Sakari Lassila, Jukka Leinonen, Anni Ronkainen, Juuso Maijala and Pasi Tolppanen. The committee proposes new members Tuija Kalpalaa and Anna-Maria Tuominen-Reiniä.
