“At that point, when the orchestra started arranging the songs, my phone usually started ringing. I was solely responsible for those stories.”

In the program at the end, each guest tells which story is related to the song he has chosen. One of Peltomaa’s most important tasks was also to spar with guests.

“I talked about the stories with them in advance and helped them to edit the stories as functionally as possible,” says Peltomaa.

“350 guests have flowed through me. I’ve been able to have really interesting conversations with all of them one-on-one, all over the place.”

During the live broadcast, Peltomaa was also responsible for ensuring that the broadcast stays on schedule.
