Collective labor agreements were signed in the Ministry of Aliyah and in 4 other government agencies

The General Federation of Trade Unions (Histadrut) announced the signing of collective labor agreements in five government agencies on Thursday, January 17.

400 employees of the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration will receive, among other things, between 700 and 1,000 shekels in salary increases.

Traffic Safety Administration employees will receive an increase of 6% to the base salary + 475 shekels, after which the structure of employee salary sheets will be significantly simplified. In addition, they will receive two one-time bonuses of NIS 6,000 and NIS 3,536. The management will also receive a budget of 20,000 shekels per year to reward up to 5 employees for excellent work.

1,500 investigators and inspectors of the tax department will receive a salary increase of 1,600-2,000 shekels.

Workers at the Allenby border crossing will receive a cash bonus of up to NIS 50,000, as well as a salary increase of NIS 220, retroactive to May 2023.

2,500 employees of the Rafael defense concern will receive social salary bonuses and differential compensation. Also in the agreement: various bonuses, an allowance for shift work and special allowances for low-paid workers.
