Respectful parenting or a trans man in the 17th century, projects chosen by DAMA in Laboratorio Segunda Versión

AGITATE the rights management entity for audiovisual authors, has announced the series and feature film projects that will participate in the third edition of the Second Version Laboratory aimed at creators over 50 years old.

The six winning projects of the new edition have passed a selection process made up of a reading committee made up of Ione Hernández, Celia de Molina, Anna Marchessi and Guillermo Benet; and a jury made up of César Esteban Alenda (academic coordinator of the incubator), Margarita Melgar, Miguel Albaladejo, Estíbaliz Urresola and Anna R. Costa.

Among the selected projects are ’15 estius’, a feature film by Nati Masegosa, about a couple who had a vital project that they could not carry out; ‘Remember me about you’, a series by Juan Carlos Vellido, which tells six intertwined stories whose link is the ‘Remory’ center, a place where you can go to certify or reject the validity of memories.

The jury has also selected ‘Alonso against the world’, a series by Miguel Campion, which addresses the true story of a trans man who in the 17th century decided to live his life as he felt it, although to do so he had to fight against the entire world; ‘Cursed Heart’, a series project by Leonor Velarde, a love drama starring a soap opera actress; ‘The Group’, a feature film by Nuria Ibáñez, about a group of families who come together to create a respectful parenting space for their babies in a neighborhood in Madrid.

Finally, ‘La inquilina’, a feature film project by Caridad Fernández López, with the image of Nuestra Señora del Tránsito as the protagonist,
