Tel Aviv City Hall announced it has settled lawsuits brought against it by developers over excessive fees and charges associated with construction projects in the city.

In total, the mayor’s office will return 7.5 million shekels to the six companies. The largest refund will be received by Midtown, which demanded NIS 16.5 million back but was content with NIS 4 million as part of a compromise agreement.
