Petri Castré joining Harvia’s board

Harvian the shareholders’ nomination committee proposes increasing Harvia’s board of directors to seven members instead of the current six at the next general meeting. The nomination committee proposes a new board position Kemira CFO Petri Castrénia (b. 1962). Castrén is a member of the boards of directors of Vaisala and Taaleri and the supervisory board of Varma.

When making the proposal, the nomination committee has assessed that Castrén will strengthen the board’s expertise in the financial reporting, financing and administration of a listed company. In addition, he strengthens the board’s expertise in North American business.

The election of the seventh board member requires a change in the articles of association, which should be decided at the same general meeting.

The nomination committee proposes that the current board members Heiner Olbrich, Catharina Stackelberg-Hammarén, Anders Holmén, Hille Korhonen, Markus Lengauer and Olli Liitola continue in the board for the next term as well.
