Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov today said Moscow is seeing a “narrow window” for negotiations with the US under Mr. Trump. “Therefore, it is important that we clearly understand what we have to work on, with whom, how to establish the best relationship with Washington, maximize opportunities, minimize risks,” Interfax quoted Mr. Ryabkov.

Mr. Ryabkov also said that Russia is preparing for contacts between Mr. Putin and Mr. Trump, but the two sides have not agreed on anything.
