ChatGPT users around the world, including from Croatia, have reported that they cannot access the artificial intelligence service.
“Bad gateway. The web server reported a bad gateway error”, users are told when loading the page. Thousands of users reported the error.
As it says on the DownDetector page, the page “went down” on čThursday around noon, and users report that they get an “error” when entering the page. Additionally, some have also reported problems logging into the app.
OpenAI’s official website states that they are experiencing “increased error rates” and that they are investigating the problem.
