US economic growth slowed down more than expectations

The International Currency Fund (IMF) predicts that the US economy will grow by 2.7 percent this year, which would be clearly more than in the euro area. Namely, the IMF estimates that the economy of the euro area will increase by 1.0 percent this year.

The United States is the world’s largest economy that has a significant impact on the global economy.
