The court ordered an 88-year-old blind apartment to sign the contract “Settlement-development”

The real estate inspector of the Tel Avivsky District, which is a court in matters related to real estate, satisfied the claim of the apartment owners in the building on Lesin Street in Tel Aviv, and obliged them to be 88-year-old unhealthy neighbor to sign an agreement on resettlement and buildings (“Pinui-Binui” ).

The woman refused to sign the contract, claiming that at the moment she is perfectly oriented in her house, while moving to a replaceable apartment, and then returning to a new one will deprive her of a significant degree of independence.

In his decision, the inspector ruled that, given the dilapidation of the house, built without taking into account the standards of seismic resistance and not having protected premises, there is no doubt about the need to implement the project.

At the same time, she ordered other apartment owners and the developer to find two options for a woman to rent temporary housing in the maximum proximity to the building so that she could choose one of them.
