SNCF: Traffic always disturbed on TGVs between Paris and the Southeast, the repaired failure

The traffic of high-speed trains (TGV) between Paris and the south-east of France is disturbed this Thursday, due to “a lack of power” which occurred in Marolles (Marne). According to the SNCF contacted by Le Parisien, “traffic is gradually resuming” because “SNCF network teams have repaired”. No time of recovery could be communicated, but some “residual” delays remain to be expected, while traffic returns to normal.

On X, the SNCF confirmed that its “technical teams have carried out the necessary repairs and that traffic will be able to gradually resume”. “Deletions and changes to the transport plan can be expected,” adds the railway company.

Some delays up to 40 minutes remain to be expected on trains scheduled for the early afternoon.

Deleted trains

Many trains for south-east of the country (Grenoble, Saint-Etienne, Lyon) scheduled before 1 p.m. have also been deleted. The SNCF invites the travelers concerned to “remain informed” and to find out about SNCF Travelers.
