Cairo promised to submit a Gaza restoration program and expressed his readiness to cooperate with Trump

On Tuesday, February 11, the Egyptian Foreign Ministry published a statement that says that Cairo will present a comprehensive recovery program for the Gaza sector, “guaranteeing the further stay of the Palestinian people on their land.”

“The Arab Republic of Egypt declares its readiness to cooperate with the Trump administration to achieve a comprehensive and fair world in the region by resolving the Palestinian issue, taking into account the rights of all peoples of the region,” the statement said.

The document made in the Foreign Ministry emphasizes that any peaceful initiative should take into account the causes of the conflict, strive for the termination of the Israeli occupation of the Palestinian territories and include the implementation of the principle of the two states as the only path to achieving stability and peaceful coexistence of the two peoples.
