The Chinese Aerospace Technology and Aerospace Corporation (CASS) said that the first flight of Truong Chinh 8A booster has successfully brought low trajectory satellites to the predetermined trajectory. This is the second satellite of this category and plans to create a national internet satellite network.

The launch of the 559th flight of Truong Chinh booster line and bringing Truong Chinh 8A became the 18th member operating of this missile line. Currently, Truong Chinh is a pillar in China’s spatial programs.

Chang Chinh 8A was designed by China Institute of Technology (CLT), a subsidiary of Casc, design and manufacturing. This missile model is 50.5 m high, with a weight of 371 tons and the thrust took off about 480 tons. Chang Chinh 8A will mainly launch satellites onto the sun synchronously. Specifically, it has the ability to carry up to 7 tons weighing up to the typical sun synchronously 700 km high.

According to Zhengyu, the high -class missile scientist at the Calt and leading the 8A Truong Chinh design group, the new missile model was developed based on Truong Chinh 8 configuration, with the same design for the first core floor and the cave. The muscle pushes on the side.

The newly developed parts include the second core layer and the shell to protect the goods. The missile can use two protective covers with a diameter of 4.2 m and 5.2 m, which means that more space for satellites. As such, it can support more types of satellites and larger volume, significantly increasing the ability to adapt to the task.

Chang Chinh 8A also has some technical improvements such as the engine that is modified with more promotion, better servo equipment and the top structure is optimized with lighter weight. Specifically, the missile weight has decreased 200 kg.

In the near future, Chang Chinh 8A will help deploy a large number of satellites for China’s huge space internet networks. Song said that all of this missile will take place at the Van Xuong Space Center and the Hainan International Aerospace Center. China is building many Internet satellite networks, but does not disclose much information about those projects.
