US Secretary of State Marco Rubio flew out of Israel to Saudi Arabia, where he would take part in negotiations in Ukraine between the delegations of the United States and Russia. Negotiations will be held on February 18 in Riyadh.
The Russian Federation, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, will represent the Russian Federation.
From the American side at the meeting will be attended by Secretary of State Mark Rubio, adviser to the US President in National Security Mike Walz and the Presidential Special Supervisor of the Middle East Steve Vitkoff.
On February 14, US President Donald Trump said that negotiations in Ukraine will take place in Saudi Arabia, and they will take part in “high -ranking officials” from the Russian and American sides, as well as representatives of Ukraine.
