Supreme Court of Austria canceled 111 points of the Wizz Air User Agreement

The key points are recognized illegal collection for registration at an airport of 40 euros, restriction of valcers for the 12th months, as well as a return of funds in the form of a loan on the airline account without receiving the clear consent of customers, reports Aviation News

The court ordered Wizz Air Venus to clients all the equipment for registration at the airport paid by Austria residents since 2018. In addition, overdue vouchers will be replaced by new, valid for five years from the date of update.

Wizz Air said that she recognizes and makes a court decision and will act in accordance with it. It should be emphasized that at the moment it applies only to Austria residents, but experts are predicting the filing of similar claims in other countries.
