Manchester United cuts costs – closes staff canteen

Manchester United is closing their staff at its home stadium. Players can still enjoy free lunches.

The Premier League Association has made a total of £ 300 million in the last three years. According to the current course, the amount corresponds to approximately EUR 362 million.

The club’s spending cuts do not hit the top players, but on other employees.

Manu is closing his staff at his home stadium at Old Trafford, says The Guardian. According to the newspaper, stadium employees will receive free fruit instead of free lunch.

At the club’s training center in Carrington, staff will only receive soup and bread in the future.

Players will continue to enjoy normal free southwestern.

Personnel costs are also cut and thinning is expected to be thinned. According to the Guardian, the club’s payroll currently has 80 talents and will be significantly reduced.

The difficult financial situation of the club in the player market means that in order to acquire new players, the club must sell the current ones.

Manchester United did not comment on the claims to British magazine.
